If you're like me, you know the agony of the blank page as you're about to write almost anything. Whether it be an important email, short story or school paper, you can apply these three elements of my writing process that I guarantee will change your perceptive on writing.
Before coming to Chapman University, it seemed as if writing and I were enemies. I would immediately see the blank page and feel as if it were consuming my thoughts. What I wanted to express would not come out, and it would lead me to a constant cycle of frustration. Thankfully, during my first semester at Chapman I took a Creative Writing class. In my creative writing class one of the first things we learned was how to overcome that "blank page." The trick in doing so relied on writing nonstop. That meant not worrying about grammatical errors or the "flow" of the work. My only goal was to write exactly what came to mind and ignore the voices in my head that caused me to overthink. The second element we learned was that it is normal to have a very badly written first draft. Good things are made over time, and that is why we have revision. As you can already guess, the third element of my writing process is revision. As mentioned earlier, my first draft may only consist of ideas constructed very choppy. When I come into my revision phase I make sure to view my work with a fresh, new set of eyes and make that connection between my ideas and include details that brings everything together. During the revision phase it's crucial to be fully open to change your work in another direction you did not have in mind at first. Programming my mind to be free to make mistakes, advanced my growth as a writer and allowed for not only my writing to become much more effective but enjoyable. I now carry with me a journal wherever I go. If I hear or see something that inspires me, I will make sure to write it down and use it as inspiration later.

Windy Haze
Hello everyone! It has been a while since my last post on here so I hope these last couple of months have been treating you all very good! My boyfriend Jerry, and I were suppose to take these photos up in Pine Valley, CA, one of my most favorite spots in San Diego. However, if any of you watch my vlogs on YouTube you would know it was EXTREMELY windy. So, we found another open space coming down from Pine Valley, in which it was way less windy due to lower elevation. The outfit I am going to show you guys is personally one of my go to outfits, it is pretty easy to wear especially when you're in a rush to leave, you can just simply grab any knitted sweater some nice distressed jeans and any heeled ankle boot of your choice and you're out! I hope you guys find this post helpful, much love!

TRIANGL Swimwear
Hi Lovelies! I want to start off by saying how incredibly sorry I am for the lack of posts. These last two months have been crazy with testing and I just couldn't fit time in. But luckily Summer is here, and to be honest guys I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER haha. Expect way more posts to come because I will try to post at least once a week. Okay so enough of that, let's get to the review! (:
As you already know if you have been following me on my Instagram, I received my Triangl Swimwear the other day. Many of you may already be familiar with this Australian based company, due to it's massive overtake on popular social media sites such as Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest etc. But for those of you who have never heard of this brand, they carry both swimwear and underwear. They are mainly known for their Neoprene fabric bikinis (Neoprene is like the type of material wet suits are made of).
Due to all the gorgeous bikinis that they offer, it was really hard to determine which one I wanted but I went forth with the Ollie Neoprene Bikini in Billie Firefly. At first I was a bit hesitant because all of their online representatives told me I should probably look into the Chloe or Indy styles, since those styles are more adjustable. Regardless of what they said I still went with the Ollie style, and guys let me tell you I am obsessed with how it looks! This swimsuit was $79, however shipping was $20 (U.S.A).
The top of the Billie Firefly bikini is composed of a vibrant orangy coral colour layered with black mesh on top. All made of Neoprene material as well. I was surprised when my package arrived because I already knew that my straps were going to be too big, since I have a bigger chest on a small frame. However, they arrived with adjustable straps! Another new feature Triangl has added to this style is the buckle in the back. Both of these new features are a HUGE plus because women no longer have worry about getting it tailored since sizing could be quite tricky. Overall the top fit me very well; there were no bulges or anything. Although there is no real support for the bust, the Neoprene fabric assures there aren't any slips or peeks. Also, because of the slight thickness in the material there really isn't any need for extra support.
Now for the bottoms I would recommended choosing a size up from your regular size. Like I said before, the bottoms hardly stretch so it could be kind of difficult to meet your needs. Triangl has a sizing chart on their website, and I would really recommend you choose the size up from what it indicates you (especially if you are on the upper side of that size range). I'm a size 5 in jeans (US), and the Medium bottoms did fit a bit snug. Another thing I want to note is that the bottoms are kind of low cut (or low rise however you want to put it). Don't get me wrong, even though the bottoms don't have much of a stretch or are kind of low they are the most comfortable and form fitting thing ever!
Along with your bikini you receive this super cute beach bag (Neoprene material as well). The bag is just the right size to throw in a towel and other necessities. Inside your beach bag comes a care card and a brief explanation of how simple returns and exchanges can be made.
All in all, I am completely happy with my new swimsuit. It arrived to me within 5 days and their customer service has to be one of the best I have experienced. This swimsuit is definitely worth the hype for their amazing quality! Feel free to leave me a comment down below if you have any questions; I would be more than happy to help!

Kimono
Hi loves! I recently bought this Kimono at Nordstrom, and I am seriously O B S E S S E D with it! I think the floral pattern on it is definitely a must have for Spring. Due to the silky fabric of the Kimono, it can be worn on a really warm or cool day. For example, today I wore it out to take a stroll by the beach with my boyfriend (obviously with no heels) haha. Instead, I paired the outfit up with some nude flats while I was walking. Since the Kimono is a little bit on the bright side, I decided to keep the rest of the outfit very neutral to even it out. I hope you found this post helpful, much love!

How adorable are these booties! After searching for so long, I ran into these Mossimo Lina Buckle Ankle Boots at my local Target. Shocked at how affordable they were (they were on sale at that time), I knew I had to have them! Not only are they so comfy and stylish, but ankle boots are definitely a great transition from Winter to Spring.
